Overview

Healthcare Connections is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join a physician-owned and led multi-specialty group in the scenic Tonto National Forest of Arizona. This outpatient-only practice focuses on patients aged 5 and older and offers a supportive environment with no late nights or weekends.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide primary care to patients aged 5 and older in an outpatient setting
  • Participate in a supportive group practice of over 40 primary care providers
  • Engage in phone-only triaged call, approximately 10-12 days per year

Required skills

  • MD/DO in Family Medicine
  • Active Arizona medical license
  • Experience or interest in outpatient care
  • Leadership and management within healthcare
