Healthcare Connections is seeking a Family Medicine MD/DO to join a physician-owned multi-specialty group in the Phoenix West Valley. This outpatient-only practice focuses on providing comprehensive primary care to patients aged 5 and up, offering a supportive environment with a standard workweek schedule.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient care in a primary care setting
  • Treat patients aged 5 and older
  • Participate in phone-only triaged call 10-12 days per year
  • Collaborate with a team of 40+ primary care providers
