Overview

Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking a Full-Time Emergency Medicine Physician in Madison, WI, with a focus on modern wound management. This position offers a flexible work schedule and emphasizes clinical autonomy without night, weekend, or call responsibilities, allowing physicians to maintain a good work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide bedside wound care in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals
  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
  • Utilize proprietary wound-specific EMR for real-time clinical documentation
  • Participate in a mobile practice visiting multiple facilities daily

Required skills

  • Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in relevant state
  • Experience in Emergency Medicine and Wound Care
  • Familiarity with clinical documentation and telemedicine
  • Ability to work a minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week
  • Willingness to undergo physician level wound management training and a fellowship
