Overview

Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking a Part-Time Emergency Medicine Physician in Lafayette, TN, focusing on wound management. The position offers flexibility with no night shifts, weekend duties, or on-call responsibilities, allowing for a great work-life balance while providing bedside wound care in various facilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver bedside wound care in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals
  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
  • Perform clinical documentation in real-time during clinical rounds
  • Commit to a minimum of 3 weekdays per week for part-time positions
  • Participate in paid training and a 6-month wound care fellowship

Required skills

  • Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice
  • Experience in emergency medicine and wound care management
  • Ability to utilize clinical technologies and modalities
