Overview

Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking a Full-Time Emergency Medicine Physician in Charlotte, NC. The role offers autonomy, flexibility, and excellent work-life balance with no nights, calls, or weekend responsibilities. Physicians will engage in wound management and receive extensive training while working with a mobile practice across various facilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide bedside wound care in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals
  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
  • Utilize proprietary wound specific EMR for real-time clinical documentation
  • Participate in paid training and a 6-month wound care fellowship
  • Visit multiple facilities per day treating approximately 20-30 patients

Required skills

  • Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice
  • Experience in emergency medicine and wound management
  • Clinical documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a mobile practice setting
