Britt Medical Search is seeking a BC/BE General Cardiologist to join their team in Des Moines, Iowa. This position includes responsibilities in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with opportunities for medical education and community outreach. The role features an academic appointment supporting fellowships and residency programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide general cardiology care including inpatient and outpatient services
  • Participate in medical education for fellowships and residencies
  • Engage in community outreach activities
  • Share general cardiology call duty (1 in 20 nights)
  • Support outreach clinics approximately twice a month

Required skills

  • BC/BE in Cardiology
  • Experience in inpatient and outpatient cardiology care
  • Strong patient care skills
  • Ability to participate in medical education
