Overview

The Clinic Charge Nurse at Cross Country Healthcare in El Cajon, CA is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations in a fast-paced outpatient setting. This full-time position blends leadership with hands-on patient care, focusing on team coordination and efficient patient flow.

Key responsibilities
