Accolades Physician Resources LLC is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join their team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This hospital-based position offers a supportive environment with opportunities for mentorship and participation in quality initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
  • Administer general and regional anesthesia, including spinal and epidural anesthesia
  • Manage routine and complex airway cases, including emergent situations
  • Place arterial lines and central venous catheters as clinically indicated
  • Participate in perioperative workflow improvement and quality initiatives
  • Provide monitored anesthesia care (MAC)
  • Mentor CRNAs and medical trainees
