Strive Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Director for their Princeton, New Jersey location. This full-time role involves managing daily clinic operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and meeting financial goals while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily clinic operations including patient care and employee management
  • Plan annual goals and allocate resources for clinic operations
  • Carry a full patient load as per productivity standards
  • Monitor clinic financial and statistical information
  • Direct marketing efforts and attend community and industry events
  • Oversee hiring and termination of clinic staff
  • Implement company policies and procedures
  • Delegate administrative duties and provide staff instruction
  • Resolve operational problems and implement necessary changes
  • Manage clinic supply ordering budgets and expenses
  • Attend all company meetings and oversee staffing schedules
  • Complete annual staff reviews and communicate with the Regional Director
