FOX Rehabilitation is seeking passionate and licensed Physical Therapists for their Tigard, OR location to provide exceptional one-on-one care to older adults in private residences and Senior Living Communities. This role emphasizes patient mobility and independence, allowing therapists to create their own treatment schedules and build meaningful relationships while delivering evidence-based care.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in various settings
  • Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
  • Deliver therapy sessions that enhance patient wellness and mobility
  • Document effectively within FOX's EMR system
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
  • Educate patients and caregivers on safety and functional independence
  • Provide telehealth and virtual care when appropriate

Required skills

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Basic computer and EMR proficiency
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience with geriatrics and patient mobility
  • Knowledge of telehealth practices
  • Strong communication skills
