Overview

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated Physical Therapists in South Coast, Massachusetts, to provide exceptional care to older adults in their homes or senior living communities. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and building strong patient relationships while delivering meaningful outcomes through evidence-based treatment and the Geriatric House Calls model.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in various settings
  • Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment to support patient wellness and mobility
  • Document patient care effectively in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
  • Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and functional independence
  • Incorporate telehealth and virtual care as appropriate

Required skills

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Basic computer and EMR proficiency
  • Current CPR certification
