Overview

Strive Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Columbus, New Jersey. The role focuses on delivering expert care to patients while fostering a supportive environment for professional development and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

  • Assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination
  • Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting each patient's goals and needs
  • Deliver interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education to improve function and reduce pain
  • Track patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress
  • Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery
