Overview

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking passionate, licensed Physical Therapists in Red Bank, NJ to provide exceptional one-on-one care to older adults in their homes or senior living communities. This role is ideal for therapists who value autonomy and flexibility, allowing them to create their own treatment schedules while making meaningful impacts on patients' lives.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in various settings
  • Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment to support patient wellness and mobility
  • Document therapy sessions within FOX's EMR system
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, and SLPs
  • Educate patients and caregivers about safety and aging in place
  • Provide telehealth and virtual care when appropriate

Required skills

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Basic computer and EMR proficiency
  • Current CPR certification
