Overview

ProActive Physical Therapy Specialists is seeking a Physical Therapist for their outpatient facility in Battle Ground, WA. This role emphasizes high-quality patient care, professional growth, and sustainability, supported by mentorship and innovative tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination
  • Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting each patient's goals and needs
  • Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education
  • Track patient outcomes and adjust approaches based on progress
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery

Required skills

  • Licensed Physical Therapist or ability to obtain WA licensure
  • Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
  • Experience in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
  • Clinical documentation skills
  • Mentorship experience
