FOX Rehabilitation is seeking passionate and licensed Physical Therapists in St. Peters, MO, to provide one-on-one care to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful patient outcomes through efficient mobility improvement and quality of life enhancement.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in various settings
  • Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment sessions
  • Document patient progress in the EMR system according to regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
  • Educate patients and caregivers on safety and functional independence
  • Incorporate telehealth services into treatment plans when appropriate

Required skills

  • Valid Physical Therapy license
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Basic computer and EMR proficiency
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience in geriatric care and home health care
