FOX Rehabilitation is seeking passionate, licensed Physical Therapists for the Greater Sarasota area in Florida, delivering exceptional one-on-one care to older adults. The role focuses on improving patients' mobility, independence, and quality of life through personalized treatment within private residences and senior living communities.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in various settings
  • Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment and document effectively within EMR system
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on safety and functional independence
  • Incorporate telehealth and virtual care into treatment schedules

Required skills

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the relevant state
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Basic computer and EMR proficiency
  • Current CPR certification
