FOX Rehabilitation is seeking full-time and part-time Physical Therapists to provide personalized care to older adults in their communities. The practice focuses on geriatric house calls and values creating a rewarding and flexible work environment for its clinicians.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting
  • Drive rewarding patient outcomes
  • Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team focused on functional outcomes
  • Manage and alter treatment schedules based on patient needs

Required skills

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to apply
  • Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Current CPR certification
