FOX Rehabilitation is seeking passionate, licensed Physical Therapists to provide exceptional one-on-one care to older adults in Lee's Summit, MO. This role involves treating patients in their homes and within senior living communities, focusing on improving mobility, independence, and quality of life through a flexible and autonomous care model.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in various settings
  • Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment for patient wellness and functional independence
  • Document treatment sessions in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
  • Educate patients and caregivers on safety and functional support
  • Incorporate telehealth and virtual care when appropriate

Required skills

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Basic computer and EMR proficiency
