Overview

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking passionate, licensed Physical Therapists in Fredericksburg, VA, to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in their homes or senior living communities. This role emphasizes autonomy and flexibility while focusing on improving patient mobility, independence, and quality of life through a unique Geriatric House Calls model.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in various settings
  • Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment and therapy sessions
  • Document within FOX's EMR system according to regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, and SLPs
  • Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and function
  • Provide telehealth and virtual care as appropriate

Required skills

  • Valid Physical Therapy license
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Basic computer and EMR proficiency
  • Current CPR certification
