Job Description

Overview

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapists in Edison, NJ, to provide exceptional one-on-one care to older adults through their Geriatric House Calls model. This role offers autonomy and flexibility, allowing clinicians to create their own treatment schedules and foster strong patient relationships while also incorporating telehealth services.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living communities
  • Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
  • Document effectively within FOX's EMR system
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff on safety, function, and aging in place
  • Offer telehealth and virtual care when appropriate

Required skills

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Basic computer and EMR proficiency
  • Current CPR certification
