FOX Rehabilitation is expanding its team in Budd Lake, NJ, seeking passionate and licensed Physical Therapists. The role focuses on delivering exceptional one-on-one care to older adults in various settings, including private residences and senior living communities, while allowing therapists to manage their own schedules and enhance patient mobility and quality of life.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in their homes or senior living communities
  • Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment that supports patient wellness and mobility
  • Document effectively within FOX's EMR system
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
  • Educate patients and caregivers on safety and function
  • Incorporate telehealth and virtual care when appropriate

Required skills

  • Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Basic computer and EMR proficiency
  • Current CPR certification
