Overview

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking passionate, licensed Physical Therapists in Arlington, VA, to provide exceptional one-on-one care to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. This role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful patient outcomes through the Geriatric House Calls model, with opportunities for incorporating telehealth to enhance care delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in various settings
  • Perform evaluations and develop individualized care plans
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment and support patient wellness
  • Document within FOX's EMR system per regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on safety and functional independence
  • Provide telehealth and virtual care as appropriate

Required skills

  • Valid Physical Therapy license
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Basic computer and EMR proficiency
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to meet physical demands of in-home and community-based care
