MOTION Physical Therapy Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their high-performing outpatient team in Danbury, Connecticut. The role offers opportunities for mentorship and career development, along with a diverse caseload including orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports rehabilitation cases. The clinic provides a supportive environment with a strong emphasis on patient outcomes and individualized care.

Key responsibilities

  • Assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination
  • Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflective of each patient's goals and needs
  • Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education
  • Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust treatment based on progress
  • Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey

Required skills

  • Licensed Physical Therapist
  • Evidence-based and patient-centered care
  • CPR and first aid certification
  • 1+ years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred
  • Open to new graduates with extensive orthopedic outpatient experience
