Overview

The Physiatry/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician will provide inpatient care at MercyOne Genesis Davenport West Medical Center in Davenport, Iowa. This role involves daily patient rounds and collaboration with a hospitalist team, contributing to patient rehabilitation and medical management.

Key responsibilities

  • Round on inpatients daily with a focus on rehabilitation
  • Collaborate with the hospitalist team for comprehensive medical management
  • Participate in care conferences twice a week
  • Provide consultative PM&R expertise to patients

Required skills

  • Board Certified in PM&R
  • Active Iowa license or IMLC LOQ
  • Clean malpractice and background
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hospital setting
  • Experience with Cerner EMR system
