Overview

As a Phlebotomy/Lab Lead Technician at BioLife Plasma Services, you will be responsible for screening, processing, and collecting samples from donors. This role involves providing leadership and training to staff while ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. You will also assist in operational management and contribute to continuous improvements in the donor center environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Screen and process samples for new and repeat donors.
  • Provide leadership and training to new and existing employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality regulations.
  • Maintain orderly filing systems and assist in maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Respond to HB detect alarms and perform required equipment maintenance.
  • Support center management in identifying operational opportunities for improvement.

Required skills
