The Pharmacy Technician II plays a crucial role in supporting pharmacists in dispensing medical prescriptions, collecting patient information, and enhancing process efficiency within the pharmacy.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist pharmacist with dispensing medical prescriptions
  • Collect and input prescriptions and patient information
  • Multi-task and perform repetitive tasks accurately
  • Support and mentor other pharmacy technicians
  • Identify and recommend process flow improvements

Required skills

  • Active technician registration with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy or pharmacy intern registration
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a pharmacy technician
