Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services is looking for a dedicated Pet Crematory Operator/Dispatcher in Charlotte, North Carolina, offering a starting wage of $20 per hour. This role emphasizes exceptional service delivery to veterinary clinics and families during challenging times of pet loss, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Drivers to deliver exceptional service.
  • Plan and schedule driver routes for pick-ups and returns.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for driver communications.
  • Maintain attention to detail while serving multiple families.
  • Monitor driver movements to meet scheduled pick-ups efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the crematory facility and vehicles.
  • Perform closing duties to ensure staff safety.
  • Lift and move heavy objects with assistance as required.
