The Bug Man is seeking a dedicated Pest Control Service Technician to help maintain pest-free environments in both residential and commercial settings. This role offers the chance to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and public health while working autonomously within a supportive, family-oriented company culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest issues and potential entry points.
  • Develop and execute tailored pest management strategies.
  • Educate customers on preventive measures against pests.
  • Generate and communicate detailed service reports to customers.
  • Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines in handling products and equipment.
  • Support sales by identifying upsell opportunities and assisting in sales initiatives.
  • Commit to ongoing training and professional growth.

Required skills

  • Arkansas registered applicator certification
  • 2+ years of experience in the pest control industry
  • Valid Arkansas driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
