Overview

10 Fitness is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer in Maumelle, Arkansas, to help individuals achieve their fitness goals through personal training sessions. Trainers will uphold the positive member experience and ensure a safe, clean workout environment while encouraging clients to participate in fitness programs and meet their health objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one and group personal training sessions
  • Demonstrate and ensure safe use of fitness equipment
  • Assist management with member assessments and training programming
  • Help clients meet fitness objectives through coaching
  • Encourage participation in fitness programs and maintain client progress reports
  • Engage with non-training clients to build relationships and offer assistance
  • Maintain club cleanliness and perform routine safety checks

Required skills

  • 10 Fitness approved personal training certification
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Coursework in physical education, nutrition, physiology, and exercise science
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
