Overview

As a Personal Trainer at Equinox, you will play a key role in delivering high performance lifestyle coaching and personal training to clients in a premier fitness environment. With a strong commitment to continuous education, you will be supported in developing your skills and achieving success in helping clients maximize their fitness potential.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain an active client base
  • Manage and maintain an accurate schedule for client appointments
  • Market and sell personal training programs to clients
  • Execute fitness assessments and guided workouts
  • Create and coach personalized programs for clients
  • Maintain an organized and safe fitness floor
  • Attend Continuing Education classes
  • Participate in required team meetings

Required skills

  • Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Basic computer and technology skills
  • Passion and knowledge regarding fitness
