Overview

Live Fit Gym is seeking Personal Trainers to join their team across various locations in San Francisco. The gym prides itself on providing a high-end health club experience focused on wellness and personal training services. This role offers unlimited earning potential and requires trainers to deliver individualized fitness programs while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Build a clientele base through fitness assessments and demonstration of personal training value
  • Prepare and deliver fitness programs tailored to clients' goals and needs
  • Conduct goal setting, follow-ups, body composition testing, and re-assessments
  • Assist in revenue-generating activities, including complimentary workouts and workshops
  • Achieve personal monthly revenue objectives set by the company
  • Demonstrate organizational and time-management skills
  • Promote the gym brand through social media marketing
  • Follow health guidelines regarding COVID precautions

Required skills

  • 1+ years of personal training experience
  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification or 4-year degree in a related field
  • CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross or licensed provider
  • High-school diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service background
  • Ability to operate fitness equipment and demonstrate proper techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Self-promotion and networking skills
