Yanchuck & Blaxberg, PLLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Personal Injury Paralegal to manage a large personal injury caseload. The role involves communication with adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers, as well as organizing case files and participating in settlement negotiations.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist lawyers with trial preparation by organizing exhibits and coordinating witnesses
  • Produce legal documents, letters, and pleadings under lawyer supervision
  • Maintain case filing systems and handle administrative activities
  • Discuss lien, bill, and medical expense settlements with service providers or insurers
