Overview

Amanda Demanda Law Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to support their attorneys. The role involves managing personal injury cases, conducting legal research, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders while ensuring all files and documentation are organized and up-to-date.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of personal injury cases through litigation.
  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and filing claims including medical records and settlement documents.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
  • Track statutes of limitations, deadlines, and court dates.
  • Assist attorneys in trial preparation.
  • Prepare case files from various sources including court dockets and hearings.
  • Ensure case management system is updated and accurate.

Required skills

  • 2-5 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal (plaintiff side preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Florida personal injury law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Professional and compassionate client communication style
