Overview

Trandon Associates, Inc is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join their executive-level team in New York. This role involves managing high-priority personal injury cases and requires a detail-oriented individual capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
  • Maintain and organize case files, medical records, pleadings, and discovery documents
  • Draft legal correspondence, motions, demands, and other case-related documentation
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
  • Track deadlines, court filings, and case milestones to ensure timely progression
  • Provide direct day-to-day support to the Founder and Managing Partner on high-priority cases
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client and firm matters

Required skills

  • 5 to 7 years of recent Personal Injury Paralegal experience
  • Hands-on experience with SmartAdvocate
  • Strong understanding of personal injury litigation procedures, case management, and document preparation
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Discreet and trustworthy, comfortable handling highly confidential matters
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
  • Availability to work fully in-office Monday-Friday
