Overview

Gorayeb & Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal to support attorneys in all aspects of personal injury cases in New York, NY. The role involves maintaining communication with clients, managing case files, drafting legal documents, and assisting in trial preparation to advocate for the rights of injured individuals.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and inquiries
  • Provide compassionate support to clients throughout the legal process
  • Assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution
  • Organize and maintain case files, documents, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions
  • Gather and analyze evidence, including medical records and witness statements
  • Coordinate with investigators and experts for supporting documentation
  • Organize exhibits and materials for court proceedings

Required skills

  • Bilingual Spanish
