Overview

Springs Law Group LLC is looking for a motivated Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join their remote team. In this role, you will support attorneys by ensuring that legal files are ready for trial and court filings are executed flawlessly, all while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and proactivity.

Key responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and e-file legal documents with precision
  • Manage litigation cases within Filevine ensuring accurate case status
  • Collaborate in real-time using Slack for team communication
  • Maintain a master calendar of court-mandated deadlines and hearings
  • Organize medical records and coordinate trial preparations
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, explaining processes and updates

Required skills

  • 5+ years of personal injury or civil litigation experience
  • Proficiency in Filevine and Slack
  • Experience with e-filing (State and Federal)
  • Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and HIPAA regulations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • Current Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain one
  • Dedicated home office with high-speed internet
