Overview

Springs Law Group LLC is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join their remote team. This role involves supporting attorneys by ensuring trial readiness and maintaining accurate court filings, all within a dynamic and proactive environment focused on teamwork and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and e-file summons, complaints, motions, and discovery responses with precision
  • Manage litigation cases within Filevine, ensuring updates and task completions
  • Utilize Slack for real-time communication and strategy collaboration
  • Maintain a master calendar of court deadlines and ensure compliance
  • Organize medical records and prepare documents for trial
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, explaining processes and milestones

Required skills

  • 5+ years of personal injury or civil litigation experience
  • Proficiency in Filevine and Slack
  • Experience with e-filing for State and Federal courts
  • Deep understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and HIPAA regulations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent certification
  • Current Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain one
  • Remote work readiness with a dedicated home office and high-speed internet
