Job description: Handle predominantly plaintiff-side personal injury litigation matters through various stages of case development and resolution.Work on medical malpractice matters as applicable.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.Conduct discovery, legal research, and case analysis.Take and defend depositions as appropriate.Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.Manage client communications and case development.Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.Experience with discovery, motions, depositions, settlement negotiations, and court proceedings.Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred.Medical malpractice experience preferred, but not required.Ability to independently manage an active caseload.
