Overview

Right Path Law Group, PLLC is seeking Personal Injury Attorneys at three different tiers in Chantilly, Virginia. The firm offers a supportive environment with dedicated back-end infrastructure to help attorneys focus on moving cases, negotiating, and trying cases effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and drive an active caseload of PI matters across pre-litigation and litigation
  • Conduct client consultations, depositions, mediations, hearings, and jury trials
  • Collaborate daily with your dedicated support team including paralegals and case managers
  • Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
  • Maintain accurate and timely case notes and documentation in the case management system
  • Participate in firm strategy sessions and performance check-ins

Required skills

  • Active Virginia bar license
  • Plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
  • First-chair jury trial experience
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
  • Proficiency with case management software
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
  • Familiarity with Northern Virginia courts preferred
