Overview

Right Path Law Group is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload with no earnings ceiling. The firm emphasizes a strong work ethic and ambition while providing dedicated support to its attorneys to help maximize their productivity and success.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage a caseload of personal injury matters in pre-litigation and litigation stages
  • Conduct client consultations, depositions, mediations, and jury trials
  • Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
  • Collaborate daily with a dedicated support team
  • Review and approve demand packages and settlement agreements
  • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in the case management system
  • Participate in firm strategy sessions and performance check-ins

Required skills

  • Active Virginia bar license
  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, particularly in personal injury
  • Strong negotiation skills and trial experience (bench trials preferred)
  • Proficiency with case management software
  • Strong written and oral advocacy
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
