Overview

Ben Glass Law is looking for a Personal Injury Attorney with 3-10 years of legal experience to join their growing litigation team in Fairfax, Virginia. This role focuses on advocacy and case management for personal injury claims, providing attorneys the opportunity to make a significant difference in their clients' lives.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle personal injury case files from start to finish
  • Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to clients
  • Draft, review, and modify legal documents including motions and pleadings
  • Research case law and gather relevant evidence for cases
  • Communicate with clients and other parties to gather information
  • Negotiate agreements and settle cases on behalf of clients
  • Represent clients at hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions
  • Document and update case files in the case management system
  • Oversee case management and prepare for trial
  • Perform administrative functions related to legal practice

Required skills
