Overview

Right Path Law Group, PLLC is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to manage a caseload of personal injury matters with significant support from a dedicated team. The firm offers high earning potential with no cap on compensation, rewarding performance through a strong base salary and commissions based on collected fees.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and drive an active caseload of personal injury matters
  • Move cases through demand, negotiation, and settlement or trial verdict
  • Conduct client consultations, depositions, mediations, and trials
  • Collaborate daily with a dedicated support team of four or more staff members
  • Negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
  • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in the case management system
  • Communicate proactively with clients throughout their case
  • Participate in firm strategy sessions and performance check-ins

Required skills

  • Active Virginia bar license in good standing
  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in plaintiff-side personal injury
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
  • Negotiation, deposition, and settlement skills
  • Trial experience in the Virginia General District Court
  • Strong written and oral advocacy
  • Proficiency with case management software
  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency preferred
