Overview

Right Path Law Group, PLLC is seeking Personal Injury Attorneys at three different levels to join their team in Chantilly, Virginia. The firm focuses on personal injury and criminal defense, emphasizing a strong work ethic and ambition. With a robust support team in place, attorneys will efficiently manage cases and negotiate effectively in a high-performance environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and drive an active caseload of PI matters across pre-litigation and litigation
  • Conduct client consultations, depositions, mediations, hearings, and jury trials
  • Appear at status conferences, motions hearings, and pre-trial proceedings
  • Collaborate daily with a dedicated support team including paralegals and case managers
  • Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
  • Maintain accurate and timely case notes, deadlines, and file documentation
  • Communicate proactively with clients throughout the life of their case
  • Participate in firm strategy sessions and performance check-ins

Required skills

  • Active Virginia bar license
  • Plaintiff PI litigation experience
  • Experience with jury trials and first-chair experience for senior role
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Proficiency with case management software
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
  • Demonstrated work ethic and intellectual capacity to learn
