Right Path Law Group, PLLC is seeking ambitious Personal Injury Attorneys at three levels to join their team in Chantilly, Virginia. The firm focuses on providing robust support to its attorneys through a dedicated team and extensive resources, aiming to reward performance and foster careers in the personal injury sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage an active caseload of personal injury matters
  • Conduct client consultations, depositions, mediations, and jury trials
  • Negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
  • Collaborate with a dedicated support team on case management tasks
  • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
  • Communicate proactively with clients throughout their cases
  • Participate in firm strategy sessions and performance reviews

Required skills

  • Active Virginia bar license
  • Plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
  • Trial experience and settlement negotiation skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency with case management software
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
  • Spanish/English bilingual preferred
