The primary focus of this position is the settlement and litigation of personal injury claims. We are looking for a motivated attorney with strong leadership, negotiation, and client service skills who can effectively manage a high-volume of personal injury litigation and claims cases. ResponsibilitiesIndependently negotiate personal injuries claims and assist paralegals with all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury claims.Independently litigate District Court and Circuit Court personal injury cases. Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience handling personal injury cases.Fluency in Korean and/or Spanish is a plus but not required. Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.Active member in good standing of the Maryland Bar. Bar admissions in Virgina, DC and/or Federal Bar are a plus, but not required.
