Overview

Reliance Savings Bank is seeking a full-time Personal Banking Advisor (PBA) for its Altoona-area branches in Blair County. This floating position requires commuting between branches and involves providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their financial needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the branch
  • Work collaboratively with branch team members to enhance customer experience
  • Build relationships with customers and connect them with appropriate products and services
  • Assist new customers in understanding the bank and its offerings
  • Perform various operational tasks including cash handling and complex transactions
  • Contribute to achieving bank-wide goals

Required skills

  • High School diploma
  • At least two years of customer service experience
  • Interest in the financial services industry
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn bank-specific software
