Overview

Reliance Savings Bank is looking for a full-time Personal Banking Advisor (PBA) to join their team in Blair County. This floating position involves supporting Altoona-area branches based on business needs, requiring a valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to commute between locations. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and assisting customers with their financial needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the branch.
  • Work with branch team members to enhance customer experience.
  • Build relationships with customers and connect them to financial products and services.
  • Assist new customers in understanding bank services.
  • Perform daily operational tasks, including cash handling and transactions.
  • Help achieve bank-wide goals using your skills and talents.

Required skills

  • High School diploma
  • Two years of strong customer service experience
  • General interest in the financial services industry
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Effective collaboration in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient computer knowledge and ability to learn bank-specific software
