Overview

The Personal Banker I-Float at Civista Bank is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships using a consultative sales approach to help customers achieve their financial goals. This role involves providing sales, service, and operational support to the retail banking team, while demonstrating the bank's mission to improve financial lives within the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage daily with customers to build relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Process transactions, assess customer needs, and recommend products.
  • Open new accounts and perform account maintenance.
  • Meet cross-sell goals and solve problems on a daily basis.
  • Ensure operational tasks are completed daily with speed and accuracy.

Required skills

  • 2-3 years of previous teller experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
