Overview

The Personal Banker I at Civista Bank is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships through a consultative sales process. This role involves providing solutions to enhance customers' financial goals, along with supporting sales and operational activities within the retail banking team.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage customers daily to build relationships and provide exceptional service
  • Process transactions and recommend products based on customer needs
  • Open new accounts and perform account maintenance
