Overview

As a Personal Banker at First National Bank Texas, you will provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume sales environment, handling cash transactions, and actively evaluating and recommending bank products to customers. Your role involves cross-selling services while ensuring compliance with established bank policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service related to cash transactions
  • Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products
  • Achieve monthly new account production goals
  • Participate in an active sales environment, including prospecting
  • Process deposits and payouts accurately, maintaining operational balance
  • Verify cash and checks for deposits to safeguard against counterfeit
  • Cross-sell bank services and products to a diverse customer base
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisors
